I agree without the name of a partner it is just a venture. Without particulars on financing and what each partner are going to bring to the table makes it hard for investors to see if this is a plus or a negative.

Looking forward to hearing more details in the next few days, without details it's just a venture and likely why the share price hasn't moved much after the release. Market needs details otherwise it's just blah and bashers can hit the holes with all sorts of crap.
