Thank you for your questions, these are actually very pertinent.

These facilities are generally planned to be located in central areas to process residues from multiple dross processing facilities. We would certainly be able to process residues that are not generated from the Drosrite™ system.

As for the tolling service offering, PyroGenesis' strategy is to pursue tolling agreements as opposed to system sales. In fact, this is another reason why this JV agreement is a crucial addition to our offerings. It will not only solidify our Drosrite™ offering within the Aluminum industry, but will also address a downstream problem while improving the economics of PyroGenesis’ dross tolling services and providing a zero landfill solution.
