This looks like a relatively new process, still at very small scale, and it would work with certain types of ores only, from what we could find. They need some binder additives too. It is likely to be more expensive than the limestone currently used in pellets.  They make them using things like fly ash and molasses. However, it is still at a very early-stage of development.
