Thank you for your explanation. Honestly, I have not thought about short selling this way and will have a look into it. I guess, investing into low volume companies is bit risky, however as you said, the CEO isnt really helping the situation by selling relatively large position even at this depressed price level. At the end of the day, it is his money to waste, but surely there must be better way to unlock the cash than selling the shares at any price. Unless of course he knows, what he is doing. Hopefully he runs out of this shares soon :-)
Either way, it does not really help my position, which is by far the worst performer on my list.
