Indeed probably not a coinsidence. 

Also notice Page 28. If I understand the grafic correctly it would mean that the first part of the CO2 reduction is actually not costing, but saving Rio Tinto money.

Exactly as Peter is always saying, that pyrogenesis is offering GHG emmisions reductions AND offering a cheaper production proces at the same time.

That can't be a coinsidence...
