There was also a post on SH about PYR not being a part of this of which the poster referred to a story in a French language paper "le nord-cotier" that had them using energy from Bionergie AE Cote-Nord whose process would be using wood chips from a mill that has been shutdown (Arbec) but this will now allow the mill to reopen and employ about 260 people. I am not French perhaps someone who knows the politics and has more information can comment. The above process will also use natural gas which would replace the consumption of heavy oil, Bunker C.
