There is PFAS money in the House Infrastructure bill that is on its way to President Biden's desk:

"There is also $10 billion to clean up man-made chemicals known as per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances."

$10B (USD) could buy a lot of things. Why not some plasma zapping? I sincerely hope PYR's recent PFAS contract proves out.
