rods or wire,rods for torches wire for powder,copper wire is normally a softer copper ,more mallable,rods could be made from any grade of copper and made any size,so they could be used for powder production,pyr would have to devise a method to continually feed the rods in the tower.
  we would need the size and grade of the copper to make any kind of educated guess of what they will be used for. I'll place my penney on torch manufacturing.
