Dear Brodeur9,
Thanks for posting.
I have answered your questions in red below:
# 1
Very pleased with the drop in the share price. This allows a good entry point now knowing that the market is primarily emotional and disconnected from future opportunities. And that I trust PYR team.
This brings me to ask you to discuss about the share buyback program.
I hope that for every day now, you maximize the total number of purchases?
We have been active in the buy back program, and quite frankly wish we could buy more
# 2
Given Pyrogenesis owns shares of HPQ. Are you considering increasing your exposure with the drop in HPQ share price.? This makes a certain connection to a mention that you made for a business opportunity.
I cannot comment on our strategy here, sorry
# 3 Which brings me to the last point. Could the current market help you take a ''more serious'' (I mean, really help to) look at a merge or acquisition?
Again, I cannot comment, but this market has created some interesting things to look at for sure. There is nothing that we are looking at right now that would warrant a public disclosure.
From Press Release Nov. 15, 2021 : We plan to execute on all the organic growth strategies, benefit from the recent acquisition of Pyro Green-Gas as well as to continue actively pursuing growth through synergistic mergers & acquisitions.

Hope that helps,
Peter
