PTE fair question. If neither have operations in the US for  pelletization then zero impact. 

Currently we are surmising that they are company A/B.

Until I see this in an official press release I cannot assume.

Hoping so of course. 
But to your point yes, unless it's  Cleveand Cliffs.

If corporations are true to their ESG statement/goals then it will not matter as well.
