A company called Noront Rescources was taken over by Wyloo (Andrew Forrest/Fortescue Minerals Group) after a battle with BHP last year. There are HUGE Nickel deposits (>20Million tons) and lots of RE and other minerals like Chromium and Copper too. The location is remote, around the James Bay area, but there will be a mine and both the federal and Ontario govts are putting up funds too.

Just wondering if there's a possible new market for your torches in an application similar to their use in iron ore pelletisation - nickel and chromium. (Nickel as you know, is going to be in big demand from the EV market). 

The current ore concentration process for nickel is similar to iron, and is energy intensive and dirty. and whoever ends up controlling the Ring of Fire is going to need a clean and cheaper way of ore concentration and refining. They're going to be designing their processes from the bottom up. 

I was just thinking this would be a great opportunity for Pyro to get their torces in right at the design stage, rather than as retrofits into existing furnaces.
