On one hand one might be inclined to forgive your ignorance having just joined this forum on Sept. 27th, but your reference to my comments made long ago about not press releasing additional payments seems to indicate that you are not a newbie….

It also confirms that you are one to focus on things and not forget.  This is a good characteristic if it is used for good and with total transparency… This is not the case with you for if it was you would weigh this news release in the context of recent concerns with shareholders and see it was entirely appropriate.

People have been concerned with the level of receivables which are over 90 days and the fact that our cash levels seem low to them.  This press release relieves to some degree these concerns and as such was entirely necessary.

The sign of good management/board is the ability to change direction given new circumstances. To many Boards don’t change direction for fear of being criticized… Not this Board! Not on my watch!

When you really get down to it Liar, the only people who would take exception to such a Press Release are predatory short sellers who now have lost one, maybe even two, points of attack, in their attempt to deceive investors.
