Dear Liar,
As explained to you earlier it was never said that shares would not be sold.
Allow me to repeat my earlier response to you:
Shares are sold by me in blocks of time. Regulators insist that I disclose what I will sell in the next 30 days. I can only start selling 7 days from announcing my intention. So, I sell my shares in blocks of time.
The block I was selling referenced in the September 9th press release you referred to was under different instructions from previous blocks sold. It was determined that these instructions were not in the best interest of shareholders and as such was terminated. This block, not selling in general, was not in the best interests of shareholders.
With the appropriate delays I initiated a selling block under the old instructions.
An interesting take-a-way from this answer Liar is that when you don’t understand something about Pyro it probably has more to do with your lack of knowledge then anything nefarious happening… or a predatory short seller that is making noise over nothing.
Hope that Helps,
Peter
