It is always great to hear from those that have been around for a long time.

In many respects your comments have hit the nail on the head.  These are very challenging times and I believe we have done our best to position the Company well.

I share the frustration of many who wish that things would move faster, and with the fact that the market takes a turn for the worse when it does. Some things are beyond our control.

So long as we stick to our game plan and adjust as events dictate, we should do well…other than the market, the stars seem to be lining up nicely despite the various challenges.
