Dear A-G

Good to see you posting again.

To be honest with you we have not been pursing the Canadian municipalities as much as the opportunities in the USA.  No reason for that other than that’s where the opportunities started presenting themselves (plus US is better financed in most cases than Canada so that works out well as well).

But your question has piqued my curiosity so I intend to look into this.
