First I have to ask, if vale is using or going to use gas in 100% of their plants, why would they order a plasma torch?  Why would they bother asking for a quote on 26 more torches?  

Could it be possible to use gas for part of their operation,  and plasma torches for another?

 Have you read the contract with the gas supplier,  can the contract be canceled or modified at any time?

Just a couple points I'd like you to answer  Sorrenson, since you seem to know all.
