Good morning Mr Pascali
There is several questions that I am sure many investors would like a responses to. Could you or your spokesperson please provide answers . Some were asked previously but remain unanswered .
Other board members please allow the company to provide answers.
In regards to the repeatedly delayed Client A SAT do you have updated information when it will or if it has occurred and if the Client A will or will not be continuing with the plasma pelletization experiment and possible additional torch orders as previously quoted and announced ?
In regards to titanium powder on Oct 23 2017 you announced in a press release that
" we are open for business. By announcing the end of ramp-up, the plasma atomization reactor is fully functional, and ready to operate 24/7. We have added a second shift in anticipation of large-scale commercial orders
I believe in the 5 years since there has been no commercial sales and recently only a 100kg sample shipment in spring 2022. Your patent application was rejected on a non-final basis which in itself may not be unusual.
Is there any potential patent, contractual issues, legal action such as cease and desist or injunction’s related to the patent preventing Progenesis from selling powder produced using your current or previous machines?
Is GE /AP&C or other parties opposing Pyrogenesis patent application and is this opposition or contractual issues preventing Pyrogenesis from selling Titanium Powder until such time the Patent is granted?
When you announced the return to powder production you stated the reason was there was limited suppliers of Titanium powder/ Currently there is several established suppliers such as AP&C, Tekna, Carpenter Alloys, Sandvik etc and countless Chinese suppliers which are untraceable as to who produces vs simply remarkets..
Can you please provide the investors with a list of the top 5 producer of titanium powder and their capacities/sales/Market Cap and what technical and economic advantages Pyrogenesis has which will realistically allow the firm to compete on a technical and economic level?
How much capital will be required and how do you propose to obtain the capital required to begin producing powder on a scale that would allow you to compete against the established players within the field?
What is the actual production capacity increase and cost savings which will be achieved with the Nextgen over competitors and how much does this transfer in real world savings to clients and profits to Pyrogenesis over existing technology per tonne of powder basis ?
I am sure all investors would appreciate a written response to these and previous questions from investors if not here then possibly in a similar to the Q and A format of your Oct 23 2017 press release.
