When looking at the "Top 25 shareholders own 51.19% of the company" at Simply Wall Street, we see very few selling of shares. Note however that their report for 8339856 Canada Inc. is dated March 31st. But still, we see "big" insiders not selling and rather buying at 1.30$ mid-october. We also see blackrock increasing their holding by 11%. 

So this sounds like the ship is not sinking.
