Tell me what the  Naked Short is from the regulatory body which gives out the numbers themselves. 

You are going to be disappointed. The CEO wasn't interested in that  gross trading event on Boxing Day. I asked. It's only the 2% short position he seems to be interested in. Odd right?

Anyway let me know the number you come up with. A Failure to Deliver is a Naked Short by the way. It begins with an 8. Hope this helps.
