Despite the dense head of yours, you managed to highlight the fact that PYR is indeed moving away from being an R&D company and towards commercialization, indicated by:

1) they changed their "about" statement recently, dropping research from the description (I am now curious to know when this change happened, will be checking previous PR "about" statements)

2) the fact that they are spending significantly less now on R&D and infact most of the spending went to hiring new people.....

so you answered your own question, but probably not the answer you were looking for. Were they primarily R&D? Yes absolutely, as evidenced by the company's own "about" blurb in previous PRs. Are they moving towards commercialization? Absolutely yes, see above.

There you have it, PYR is in BETWEEN a categorization of R&D and commercialized. AKA the cusp of commercialization. One would not evaluate earnings of such a company in such a state the same way they would a fully commercialized company. Again, see the image that YOU referenced. They have mostly "commcerial" or "Commercial-ready" with a few under "in development".

Thanks whodat for clarifying this issue for us.
