Drosrite International's end-client is Radian Oil & Gas.

It's Radian Oil & Gas that asked for a revised payment schedule.

 

Ma'Aden is Radian Oil & Gas' client.  If you refer to the February 21, 2023 press release, you'll see that Radian is building an onsite facility for Ma'Aden and has requested a change in the payment schedule while it completes the financing for the new facility.
