Yes definately the report of how the four torches have faired so far will be interesting. Either they will want to extend the period of time before making any decision on whether or not to expand the program as it may have taken a bit of time tweeking to torches and how they were placed or this may still be being tweeked.

No matter what, it will either be an endorcement, not enough time to accurately make a determination if this process would work, or that they tried but this is not going to work.
