This was five months ago....these are the players invovled at the IOC plant.  Note the indication about the power supply being up and running at that time.  As some have noted, the power / elecrtical upgrades probably took some time to put into place (would be true for Rio Tinto / Vale / or any others.  With that being said, they clearly have gathered some data and this has been running for some time to report at the symposium....how long?...this is a little unlear but it is good to put names and faces to the project nonetheless.
