I presume because the person who originally posted it had already posted it  on every pyr board he could find and then our resident fudsters  repeat it numerous times again and again and again. This doc. has been posted more than 5 or 6 times on different boards, a bit more than the two you claim.
As far as changing the subject tto what other people post , that is not the issue, it was this doc. that was the subject being repeatdly posted by this person who seems to have a very negative agenda against the co. and Peter especially.
