All the things that he talked about are facts and can easily be understood to be very frustrating for all investors. The company was pumped up like crazy with promises of millions of dollars in recurring revenue. The last 3 years of financials surely don't show that. It's one thing to be off by months on forecasts but years is another. Peter the ceo said all those things that didn't come true remember. This was not some anonymous posters on the internet but the ceo himself.
