I publicly brought up the matter of Mr. Pascali Jan. 5-15, 2024 business trip requiring a Visa from my summary of the TAMF administrative hearing. Mentioned by Me Teolis (Pascali, Curleigh) legal counsel as one the reasons to postpone the Jan. 9 and 11 hearings to Jan. 26 and 29th.

N.B. There was no mention of the trip location. Speculation by shareholders: Saudia Arabia.
