"Making the Tribunal documents in the public domain available to the market and shareholders."

I did not indicate a smoking gun nor any commentary as to the content.

Very probable, the shareholders are footing the bill for legal counsel.

I am making the legal documents available (NOT readily available) as not many follow the tribunal proceedings via Zoom and none besides myself and Me Mark Paterson attended the Jan. 26, 2024 in person all day hearing. Jan. 29th hearing switched from in person to Zoom.

Why SH and Agora chose to remove link/access to the legal documents is beyond me. 

Sharing information/content, no more, no less.
