Forr those who have not read the news release, Peter gives $661,447.50 to PYR, and PYR give Peter 3,779,700 shares in HPQ Silicon Inc. held by PYR, subject to regulatory approval.

This should reduce the "sell" pressure for HPQ shares. Also PYR gets whatever value the market puts on Peter personally providing $661,447.50 to PYR.
