Drosrite International is a subsidiary of Pyrogenesis. Snowdrift1 are you saying DI has had a multi-year rental or lease agreement for a 30,000 sq ft facility and Pyrogenesis has never disclosed it in any of their filings?

30,000sq ft is a pretty significant financial outlay for a company that doesn't have much to spend. Warehouse space with 30' ceilings, insurance while it's stored, transportation to get such a huge load to the storage site... that HAS to be getting close to a million dollars over a few years. To not disclose this cost would be really bad.
