Magbeach, this reference material is way over my head.  I kind of get the drift, but I'm not an engineer.  Maybe you are.  Either way, CUBRC conducted those tests for NATO no less.  So if CUBRC does turn out to be Pyro's customer for the 27MW torch, that's pretty darned impressive!
