I'm not experienced enough on the financing part so I have no idea. I will however say that, when TLM and FST start full scale production and the gas numbers have been fully proven, I don't think it should be too difficult for a company like qec to raise cash. At that point, our SP should be higher and if we need to do a PP, so be it..sure it dilutes a bit, but so what. If our SP was at $10, we could raise a good portion of cash that way. I mean we're still a young company(200million O/S), and the majority of majors now have 500million-1billion+ outstanding shares and so at one point or another had to raise cash this way. The difference with a lot of other jrs and qec, is that the risk has been taken out of the play because at that point the play will have been proven up.

Did that make sense lol? Help me :(...
