Thanks for the correction it was 75,000,000 raied by QEC in the pp which actually looks better on them. I posted 70,000,000 in error. History has seen that the Mgmt are very carefull with dilutions and I don't think fundamentals will change so as you mentioned another pp is probably not going to happen in the near term but IMHO will happen after the 12-18 month time frame when more cap is needed to get the project on it's feet.
