The price targets were basically based on selling the acerage at a certain price using today's O/S number. If as JQ said, there is 10X as much gas in the other rock layers, then the acerage could be sold for even way more. We didn't take into account the gas price in those figures, just the sale of land....but I can't even begin to tell you what the SP could be if those other rock layers prove to contain the stated amounts of possible gas. Of course we'd be talking about developing at that point and if the price of gas goes up, which I think it will by that time and the years to come, then even higher cash flows and higher sp's....so there's always a couple ways to look at these things!:)
