Just a final curiosity about Gaz Metro? You said the Quebec govt owned Gaz Metro. When I was looking at their site it seemed to indicate Hydro Quebec sold their interest in 2004 (sold Noverco, parent company of Gaz Metro) to Trencap S.E.C. Am I missing something - was there a recent change of ownership not yet listed?
