It does go against the reason for the PP, which might concern some shareholders. I also agree with Duncanmcl, in that there are some great juniors which could complement QEC's objectives. IMHO though, if the managament is patient enough, they will probably get much better deals in the new year. Plus if an aquisition were to happen. I doubt that it would be a 100% cash offering, most proabaly a combination of cash and stock leading to more dilution. We will probably just have to wait and see I guess.
