This is a new offering by Ravensden.

It will be just like a mutual fund. You can purchase shs. in Ravensden at $10. or you can exchange any of those other shs. for Ravensden at the various ratios.

For example if you had 10,000 QEC you could exchange them for 1,753 shs of Ravensden.
