Gastem is based in Montreal, Junex is based in Quebec City, and Questerre is based in Calgary.

Questerre has better verbal communications with Forest Oil than Gastem and Junex because of linguistic difficulties. That explains why Gastem and Junex did not mention the 4 milllion cubic feet / day IP result.

The employees at Forest Oil must look after their own shareholders as their primary goal. Senior management must have decided to downplay the Utica drill results.
