For what it's worth-What the news reports about Horn River don't include, and what is generally known on the street in Fort Nelson [the service centre for the HR development] is that the province will shortly [weeks or months] announce the construction of a new all-weather road to reduce extended travel time to a daily commute to the project...cost to be in the $200million ballpark. BC Hydro is also in the final planning stages for a 300 mile high capacity transmission line[estimated cost $100-$175million or more] to power Encana's planned processing plant...completion date 2011-2012. [Encana's planners are looking for $8.50-$9.50 gas by that time]

The province and the big players are investing heavily in the Horn River which they expect to have a 30-50 year production life with present technology.
