As some have predicted here there is a suggestion in the following article of a new share offering to raise capital for development. An curious statement in here:

"We are now upgrading the probability for a commercial development of Lowlands to 40% (from 30%)," the analyst wrote.

According to this writer the play is only now at a 40% probability for commercial development. Can't call him overly optimistic. When QEC/TLM put some wells into production and start selling gas I guess then he will have to jump up from whatever low % he is touting right up to 100% - lol.
