For the sake of clarification do you or anybody else know if Goldman Sachs is the largest

shareholder of just the pp or is this info in relation to the entire float.

Currently QEC's website has listed Sprott Asset Management as the top shareholder

with 19,794,720 shares, however it is current as of Jan 2010.
