Does anyone know how this is? I don't like that fact that the tsx allows whoever this is to go under "anonymous". They should have to identify themselves. They are the one really keeping this down selling lots...seems whatever they are RBC is scooping up along with Dundee.

Just annoys me that you can't tell who it is. I could see it being a fund for tax loss etc...anyone else have any thoughts?
