Good points. this play is now at a 99.9% commercial viablility, the geologists know that, Talisman knows that, QEC knows that and the QC Government has undoubtely been told that, I am quite sure that they have also been told what royalty structure is needed during the commercial start up.

Really the only unkown is just how successful this play will be, and even with this point they have a lot of comparables with the other successful shale plays.

All of this would have been done behind closed doors out of view of the media with full transparency between the Co's involved and the QC government.

Remember folks this is all about "show me the money" !!
