The Reuter-article itself contain the same misunderstanding (and I'm really being nice when I call it that) that is in pretty much all the Quebecian newspapers. What was more surprising was that the Dundee analyst is jumping on the "drilling/fracking has been banned"-bandwagon. Though to his defense, he do say "Given the headlines...", but what kinda analyst are you, if you base your analysis on a companys newsflow the next two years on tabliod headlines?

I'm sure I got more time on my hands, and probably more motivation, then he does to find out whats actually going on, but still. If I was payed for my opinions, I wouldn't just make a guesstimate based on two minutes of browsing.
