See, as per my previous question, I'd like to know what this "fracing for study" means. Right aren't we studying the shale, geology, flow rates etc. If the study wants us to frac, they'll have to come and find common ground where we can frac to study and do our work and they can study the fracing and water etc.

They said no fracing for production...well we're not tying in wells or selling anything, this is completely for a scientific purpose. I'd love some clarification on this!
