Because Bonnie can't find anything inappropriate during the time frame from 2006-2011. Now learn to read your link correctly..... The initial filing date of 12/26/2006 refers to the original filing date under Rock of Angels. Why on earth would you claim TAG was incorporated in 2006 when all filing documents suggest otherwise?...just like your January 2011 date that is looking at you? Come on... why would anyone create Rock of Angels in December 2006 and for another fee, incorporate TAG Minerals into the same shell in December 2006? Would that mean that in 2006 there needed to be mentioned an "Old Name" title?....

There is a Zimbabwean Indigenouization law that was issued in March 2011 requiring all future mining companies to have at least 51% ownership. All current non-native mining companies are on a time clock to meet this criteria and have been given up to 4 years to comply... TAG already met the Indiginious requirment BEFORE it was law... here is the beauty:

a). All 51% of the revenue is used in Zimbabwe to pay all operational costs, grow their business with new acquistions and equipment.... there are plenty just waiting for the company to grow revenue.

b). Because the USA parent company owns 49% of the revenue, it is only taxed at a dividend rate of 15%....which is a good thing.... then used to fund expensives in the USA... and just what are those expenses you ask... well... the Mineral King takes no salary.... works out of his home office..... so it is auditors and legal to file SEC filings, 8Ks, 10Q...etc.... there is no corporate rent... there are no employee salaries.... there is no high cost employee insurance programs.... the Mineral King cuts deals for no money down, almost no money down or just aquires potential assets worth $1B for $433K.... what might the Mineral King do once he has financial stability?

c). The Corporate Structure in the USA is the parent company Lantis Laser Inc. (no comma... and soon to be announced as Raptor Resources Holdings Inc. per Bonnie), then a wholly owned subsidiary in Lantis Laser, Inc (note the comma), a wholly owned subsidiary in TAG MInerals Inc. and finally a majority owned subsidiary in soon to emerge Mabwe Minerals Inc.... in every press release.... it reads like "Lantis Laser Inc. (OTCQB symbol: LLSR), is pleased to announce today that its operating affiliate TAG Minerals Zimbabwe (Private) Limited (TAG-Z) has...."
