Kelly Fielder
President
Kelly Fielder has enjoyed an extensive and successful career in the capital markets. Since March 2007, Mr. Fielder has acted in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer and Director of Resilient Energy Inc., a Delaware based energy company with oil and gas producing projects in New Mexico, Wyoming, and Montana.
Since 1999, Kelly Fielder has performed the role of Chief Executive Officer and Director of Sharps Elimination (?SETI?), a Washington registered Corporation, with its corporate head office in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Fielder provides strategic counsel, primarily in merger and acquisitions and corporate re- organization, as well as overseeing production and operations. From 1993-2005, Mr. Fielder was a Managing Director of Bartlien Investment and Banking AG. of Zurich, Switzerland. His responsibilities included profitability analyses and strategic planning. Additionally, Mr. Fielder was instrumental in securing long term debt financing and second tier financing for Bartlien. Mr. Fielder has extensive regulatory and legal experience with North American stock exchanges including the most recent Sarbanes Oxley act.
Steve Fisher
Director
Mr. Fisher has been involved with resource companies for over 30 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology, and has extensive experience working for both public and private companies. From 1998 to 2001, he acted as Chief Executive Officer of AS Testing & Tools, the second largest oilfield rental business in California at the time. From 1990 to 1998, Mr. Fisher was Chief Operating Officer of Bakersfield Energy Resources, where he operated Mission?s Belridge oil property and subsequently administered its sale. After achieving success in the oil and gas industry, Mr. Fisher has made gold exploration his primary focus. His experience and management expertise will be invaluable as Razor moves forward with its strategy for growth.
Duncan Bain
Consultant Geologist
Mr. Duncan Bain is one of the leading geologists in North America, with extensive experience working with a variety of resource materials. Mr. Bain was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from the University of Western Ontario in 1977. He is a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada, and is a ?Qualified Person? as defined by National Instrument 43-101, the world standard in defining mining project viability, and resource estimation. Mr. Bain has extensive experience developing junior mining projects to their full potential. He was instrumental in bringing a 1.8 million oz. Gold deposit from the exploration stage to the pre-production stage at Consolidated Cinola Mines in Canada. He has written hundreds of engineering reports for mining projects, as required by securities exchanges, and produced over 60 reports on the Voisey?s Bay nickel deposit. Mr. Bain brought two silver deposits to full production in the NWT along with another 100,000 oz gold deposit. His expansive industry experience, and attention toward maximizing production from mining projects will continue to be of great value to Razor Resources.
