Hi Koo, patents obtained prior to the signing of the loan collateral agreement are most likely included in the agreement and patents obtained from the signing up until the end of loan term may be included as well BoM may be included in the "other" IP that I believe was mentioned in the pertainent Mgmt Info Circular. Regardless, the direction of my point was that if Eastern somehow obtained this collateral, without a corresponding operational failure at RVX, I think the transition of pertainent info from RVX to Eastern would be contentious and long. This is one key reason that I don't think this is Eastern's agenda (never say never though) also, regarding Zenith, I think this event would definitely strain the relationship between Eastern and Zenith.
