The 2016 checklist is one of the things I liked in the presentation. Each one of the items mentioned would likely be a driver for share price appreciation - some more than others.

• confirm a second clinical compound candidate (RVX-xxx)
• announce a second licensing/partnering development deal
• four manuscripts published (1 done in Jan - Atherosclerosis)
• 3 analyst coverage programs in
• Phase2/3 orphan indication launch (PNH and/or Dialysis)
• ESC Symposium in Rome (Aug)
• Completion of FDA required animal work

So we have 0.25/7.00 right now. The roadmap appears to be clear. Now, we just need people to believe that this road is leading to the promised land and not to oblivion. Remember to check in at the end of 2016 to see if and how these milestones were met. We're already 1/4 of the way through.
