I found this very recent paper (link below) saying that BET bromodomain inhibition blocks NF-kB - I could not agree more. I actually wrote Resverlogix a couple of months ago asking if they too thought NF-kB was relevant for the mode of action of RVX-208. The answer was a clear yes. I don't know if I am allowed to quote what they replied, but they definitely confirmed that NF-kB was involved.
