Thanks for that comment Bear.....like SF I too view that word efficacy as perhaps having meaning that doesn't necessarily apply.  Lots of volume being shunted over to the secondary and dark pool exchanges once again...15 min delayed on StockWatch shows 42.2 thousand but only 28.3 on the main TSX as I write this.
